雅子さまのご病状と週刊誌の非常識（怒）/うつ通信№７

雅子さま「励みになった」…愛知万博視察ご感想　皇太子妃雅子さまにとって１年８か月ぶりの地方での公務となった今月２０日の愛・地球博（愛知万博）視察について、宮内庁の林田英樹・東宮大夫は２９日、雅子さま自身の感想を定例会見で明らかにした。　雅子さまは皇太子さまと日帰りで愛知万博会場を視察された。林田東宮大夫によると、雅子さまは当日も体調がすぐれず、出発直前まで、「元気な姿を見たいという国民の期待に応えたい」との思いと、「９月に延期した方が良いのでは」という気持ちとの間で揺れ、ぎりぎりの判断として視察を決意された。　会場到着後も、緊張や疲れから、視察を最後まで続けるのは「難しい」と何度か感じられたという。　それでも、公務を果たした雅子さまは、今回の視察の意義について「これまでのプロセスから言うと大きなジャンプ」と説明。来場者など一般の人々や関係者の配慮にも感謝しつつ、「良い機会で励みにもなった」と話されているという。（2005年7月30日0時27分読売新聞）

小生は「うつ病」持ちであります。
今現在も、身体の不調にあえいでおります。
「ＧｉｖｅＵｐ！」と叫んで消えてしまいたいくらいです。

で、「適応障害」と診断され、長く静養を続けられた皇太子妃雅子さまについて、愛知万博視察をきっかけとして週刊誌が色々書いている様子ですね。
　小生、週刊誌を読まないので詳細は不明ですが、新聞広告に出ている週刊誌は雅子様を表紙にしていて「超不機嫌の雅子様」とか「雅子様と皇室番記者の冷たい関係」などの見出しを見受けました。

心の病は、周囲に理解されにくいので「はずかしい」「人に知られたくない」と感じるものですが、雅子様は全国民に知られており、ご本人はさぞやお苦しみになったことかと推察します。
また、心の病と言いますが、実は身体の調子が酷く悪くなるのであります。
以前の記事に書きましたが「心の風邪」なんて言う軽い症状ではありません。
この体調の悪さ＝不定愁訴は、内科や他科で検査しても数値的には異常が表出しません。
小生も、色々な症状が出て、窒息状態で病院に転がり込んでも「異常なし」とされました。
（異常なしでも、本人は息ができずに、顔を真っ赤にしてヒーヒー言ってたんですよ！）

「超不機嫌の雅子様」と言うけれど、具合の悪さを我慢しながら万博視察をお続けになったら、笑顔を振りまけるはず無いですよ。
「雅子様と皇室番記者の冷たい関係」と言われても、愛想よく出来る状態にないだけ。

皇族だから公人として色々報道されることはある程度仕方がないでしょうが、病に苦しんでおられる方を、ことさら取り上げて「商売のネタ」にする週刊誌の“さもしさ”には、心の病を持つ小生は怒りと悲しみでいっぱいです。

小生の経験から申し上げると、周囲の理解と、そっとしておいてもらえることが、どれほどありがたいことか。
　週刊誌は見事にその反対のことをしています。
　活字文化振興法などと言って出版業者や新聞社を守る法律まで作るならば、もう少し品格を持って紙面作りして欲しいものです（怒）

　雅子様がゆっくりと静養されますよう陰ながら応援いたします。

ＴＢありがとうございます！！週刊誌はねぇ…。心配しているふりをした記事を書いていて、その実、中身はすごいひどいことを書いている…。まぁ、仕方がないのかなぁ？？しかし、読んでしまう週刊誌…。読んでみると、雅子様を応援している風には書いているんですけどね…。私は、週刊誌もさることながら、カメラ取材は「なし」でよいと思うんです。宮内庁が、「今日は～されました。」とかの発表だけで、写真は、宮内庁提供のみでよいと思うんです。それが、雅子様にも、愛子様にもいいと思うんですが…。そもそも、天皇皇后両陛下は、公務に浩宮さまをお連れしていたのに、どうして愛子様はいけないのか、納得が出来ないですね。
