許せない引率教諭－富山の小１遺体で発見

　富山県で、１日に南礪市城端の用水路付近で行方不明になった市立城端小１年、高田裕矢君（６）の遺体が用水路から約２０キロ下流の小矢部川で発見された。
　当時、大雨の現場は、道路上を濁流が走っていたと言うが、３人の教諭が付いていながら、その状況で１年生を移動させ、かつ、列を作らずグループ単位で行動させていたらしい。
　高田君が行方不明になったことも教師達は気づいていなかったという

　高田君は、あふれた水の圧力で用水路のフタがはずれた隙間に転落して流されたらしい。
　また、もう一人の児童もはまりかけたところを、近くの児童センターで様子を目撃した人が危うく救出したそうだ。
　引率教諭は何をしていたのか

　危険な状況で子供をなぜ校外で移動させたのか

判断誤りとしか言えない

　教頭は「豪雨の予想は難しかった」とインタビューに答えていたが、予想も何も、目の前で洪水になっている中、子供を危険な状況に遭遇させたことが問題で、予想できたかどうかが問題ではない

　子供の命を預かる学校としては、万死に値する不手際である

　一見、豪雨災害の被害者のように思われがちで、現に報道も＜大雨被害＞と見出しを打っているが、これは人災である

ＪＲ福知山線脱線事故のように規模の大きい事件は、注目され、世間は原因解明や責任追及をこぞって迫るが、１人の命がなくなっただけでは単なる災害として誰も気にとめないようでは間違っていると思う。
　１人の子供が亡くなっても親御さんの悲しみは福知山線事故の遺族と同じ悲しみです。
　福知山線事故で亡くなった方々も、高田君の命も同じ重さなのです。
　用水路に流されながら、助けの無かった高田君を思うと、子供を持つ親として何とも言いようのない気持ちです。
　心よりご冥福をお祈りいたします。

７月３日追記：その後７月３日に校長と担任が高田君の自宅を訪れ謝罪した。
しかしながら、今だ相変わらずマスコミの扱いは小さい、１人の命は軽いのか
